Knox, the general manager, on his arrival ar-rival from camp yesterday morning. The Intention of the management is to drop down with all possible dispatch to a depth of 650 feet, onMVhlch level connections con-nections will be made with the deepest workings now attained, and with this outlet the production of ore will be upon a most energetic scale. Meanwhile Mean-while thirty tons of high-grade ore Is being raised daily, tho branch between the camp and the main line of railway la being constructed, and with these advantages ad-vantages every Interest will have been. materially promoted. Whllo there Is a fine surplus In the treasury at this time there is nothing to add to what has already al-ready been said upon tho subject of dividends, tho distribution of which will bo resumed when the management deems It consistent.
