March 14th. The informations against Hf ' Waddcll charge him with escape from H ' the State prison, grand larceny and with H j assault with a deadly weapon with ln-H ln-H I tent to do bodily harm. Tho court will Hi appoint an attorney to defend tho con-Hi con-Hi lct- Hj Wadde-il It? one of the convicts who led Hi lne nr'Eon break at tho penitentiary on H October 9, 1?03. He assaulted Guard F. H c- Naylor nt the time with a revolver H ar,d stole a gold watch from Guard Zob- H u'on Jacobs. He managed to get over the wall, but was captured before got- ting away. The prisoner is now Kervlng a ten-year term for burglai-y and as- mult with a deadly weapon.
