The defend- ant secured continuances from time to I time on ono protext or another and i finally appealed to the Supreme court 1 for a writ of prohibition. The petition f was denied and there Is no reason why l the case should not be brought to trial at once. Mrs. Bradley has already 1 pleaded guilty to the offenses charged 1 against Brown. |
