Show TIME FOR FILING PROTESTS Any person who is the owner of record of property to be assessed in the Industrial Park Special Improvement District described in this Notice No-tice of Intention shall have the right to file in writing a protest pro-test against the creation of the Industrial Park Special Improvement District or the construction of any or all of the proposed improvements to be constructed therein or to make any other objections relating thereto. Protests must describe or otherwise identify the property owned by the person or persons making the protest. Protests must be filed with the City ' Recorder of Centerville City, Utah on or before 5:00 p.m. on the 18th day of March, 1976. Thereafter at 7:30 p.m. on the 23rd day of March, 1976, the City Council will meet in public meeting at the City Hall to consider all protests so filed and to hear all objections relating to the proposed Industrial In-dustrial Park Special Improvement District. ADDITIONAL ' INFORMATION - A map of the proposed dis- trict and a more specific breakdown of estimated costs and specifications are on file in the office of the Centerville City Recorder who will make such information available to all interested persons. In addition, ad-dition, a reduced copy of a map of the District will be included with a copy of this Notice of Intention when it is mailed to owners of record of real property to be assessed within the proposed district.
