Show EVA WISEMAN Valentine Queen Each year the many chapters in Beta Sigma Sorority elect a Valentine Queen from each chapter to be honored at the sorority's annual Valentine Ball. This year, the members of Xi Phi chapter are proud ta announce an-nounce that they have elected Eva Wiseman to be their queen. EVA, an enthusiastic member of Weight Watchers has been a member of Beta Sigma Phi sorority for nine years. She was born in Shelley, Idaho but lived most of her early life in Tooele, Utah. She graduated from Tooele High School. She is currently employed as a reservationist with Holiday Inn and was formerly employed by the Telephone Co. and the U.S. Government. SHE IS also the recording secretary of the Federal Women's Club. Recently, this lovely lady decided to further her education and she is attending at-tending Utah Technical College where she is working towards a degree in hotel-motel hotel-motel management. Eva is the proud mother of four children and six grandchildren. Her son, Jack lives in Tooele, Utah. He is a veteran of the Viet Nam war and was awarded the Bronze Star and the Purple Heart. Her daughter, Jill, lives with her husband, Air Force Staff Sergeant James P. Bellay in El Centra, Calif. Her youngest son, Steve is a graduate of Bountiful High School where is a clinical specialist in the US Army Medical Corps. This outstanding out-standing young man has won many awards while in the Army including recognition for saving the life of an injured in-jured policeman. He was selected "Oustanding soldier of the first quarter of 1975" when he represented 30,000 men of the Health Service Command in Hawaii. With as many activities and interests as Eva has, she always al-ways finds the time to be interested and helpful in all her sorority's activities. She is a real inspiration to her sisters in Xi Phi and truly a most deserving queen of Beta Sigma Phi. - |
