Lambdin, a witness for the government and one of tho dummy entrymcn indicted for .perjury, exercised his right not to answer an-swer incriminating questions put .by Prosecutor Gordon and by - doing so blocked the government's case. An adjournment was taken until .Monday morning. The move of Lambdin came as a complete com-plete surprise to all. lie was indicted by former District Attorney Kuick and tostified at I he last trinl ho -.made an agreement with the defendants to locate lo-cate land' for a consideration of $100. which he said was paid.
