Buck, hi the Smlth-P.uck election contest case filed an answer to tins quo warranto proceedings last Thursday and the case will bo set for tho March term of the district court at Coalville Monday, Mon-day, February 21. In his answer Mr. Buck contends that he was legally appointed ap-pointed by the council lo till the unexpired unex-pired term of Mr, Getseh and that he, by their action. Is legally holding the seat in the Park City council to which Mr. .Smith claims to have been elected.
