Show Recreation for Girls Moves Into Full Gear Recreation program for girls of Cedar City moved into full swing this week under the lead-ershlp lead-ershlp of Miss Jean Taylor and Miss Judy Chandler. The full program includes Tennis, bicycling, swimming, ladies swimming, folk dances, modern dance, tap dance, soft-ball, soft-ball, twirling and social dance. The following schedule has been anounced: Tennis (age 14 and over) : MWF 8-9 a. m. College courts. Tennis (age 13 and under): MWF 9-10 a. m. College courts. Bicycling (everyone): T Th. 8-9:45 a. m. Swimming (girls): T Th 10-11:30 10-11:30 a. m. Municipal pool. Swimming (ladies): W 10 11:30 a. m. Mu"i-ina1 Pool. Folk Dance: M T Th F 11:45 p. m. North Elementary. Modern Dance: M T Th F 1:40-2:35 1:40-2:35 p. m. North Elementary. Tap dance: M T Th F 2:40-3:15 2:40-3:15 p. m. North Elementary. Softball: Df ''v, 2-4 p. m. City park. Twirling: Tin, 4-5 p. m., City Park. Social Dance: W, 8:30-10 p. m. at the city tennis courts. This activity ac-tivity is for all adults of the community and will include instruction in-struction in many of the modern dance steps. |
