I A native of Johannesburg, So. Afrl a, Mr. Addison received a B. A. degree from Pomona College Col-lege and an M F.A. from Tulane University. He has worked with the Ashland, Oregon Shakespearian Shakespear-ian KesiiVH! Ij inree years, i.e viiif as cor.T -any sta re manar'r In 19T.2. Mr. Addison has participated in some 20 Shakespearean productions pro-ductions Including the title role ii ."MaeBeth," Don John In "Much Ado About Nothing," the Prince of Morocco In "Merchant of Ver.i e" and others. He will play the role of Ceasar in the Utah Shakespearean Festival production of "Antony and Cleopatra." Cleo-patra." Mr. Addison has directed major ma-jor productions at both Tulane and Stanford University and will direct the Stanford 1963-61 drama dra-ma production, "No Trifling with Love," by Musset. In addition to his studies In the drama department, depart-ment, Mr. Addison has served as jiubliclty assistant for the Stanford Stan-ford drama productions. He plans to pursue a career In teaching drama and theater arts on the university level. Mr. Addison's wife and son have accompanied him to CSU and will remain with him all through the festival season.
