Show Secretarial skills class will begin March 29 Beginning March 29, and continuing each Wednesday Wed-nesday for 10 weeks thereafter, the Southeastern Southeast-ern Utah Center for Continuing Education, in cooperation with the Department De-partment of Business Education Ed-ucation at Utah State University, will offer a non-credit Secretarial Skills Refresher course at the Grand County Vocational Voca-tional Center, in Moab. The class will begin at 6:00 p.m. each Wednesday, Wednes-day, and will be 3 hours in length. The course will consist of a combination of typewriting, shorthand, business machines, and machine transcription training. Every effort will be made to tailor the course to meet the needs of each student in the class by a combination of activities. Each student will be interviewed and tested. On the basis of the test and the presonal interviews, instruction will be prescribed for each student. The skills refresher course will be taught by Dr. H. Robert Stocker, and associate professor in the Department of Business Busi-ness Education at Utah P.' ate University. Dr. Stocker has been at U.S.U. for seven years. Prior to that he taught Business Education in several high schools in the state of Utah. Registration is now , open at the SUCCE office for all Spring Quarter classes.
