Show Vegetarian cooking classes offered Moab Seventh-day Ad-ventist Ad-ventist Community Services Ser-vices offers by request seven more classes in vegetarian cooking at the Home Economics Room, Grand County High beginning be-ginning Thursday evening at 7:30, March 16. The classes are scheduled once a week for the next seven weeks. Each class begins with a half-hour colored film show demonstrating what can be done with simple food grains. The classes feature no-cholesteral menus, desserts low in sugar, no-meat proteins, quick breads, soybean magic, and much more. The programs have been put together by food specialists at Loma Linda University Medical Center in California, and are offered free to the public for "Better Living". Plan to make each Thursday night for the next seven weeks, Family Night, and enjoy good music, superb photography, photo-graphy, outstanding food technology, live demonstrations demon-strations and last but not least, appetizing sampling to end each program.
