JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL PAPER AMONG TOP FIVE IN NATION Roosevelt Junior High School's "Student Roundup" is one of the best mimeographed junior high school papers in the nation. That's the decision of the judges of the National Scholastic Press Association ' contest. They rueld that second semester issues of the paper last spring were among the five rated "first class," just 25 points" below the one paper rating All American. ' The Roundup got 1,475 points, the All American paper 1,500. Don Winterton .and Faye Hul-linger Hul-linger were editors of the paper last year. Judges said "the paper's staff has shown strong development develop-ment in most phases of journalism. Coverage and content is quite well handled."
