Show Notice To Water Users The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to change or appropriate water in Duchesne County, State of Utah, throughout the entire year, unless otherwise designated all locations are from USB&M. To Change: a-3112-Dry Gulch Irrigation Co., Roosevelt, Ut. proposes to change the point of diversion of 93.71 sec. ft of water, being a portion of the water evidenced by Application No. 438, Certificate No. 2069, which application and certificate cover the right to divert 103.71 sec.-ft. of water from Lake Fork River at points and in amounts as follows:(l) N. 6609'W. 650 ft. from NW Cor. Sec. 9, T1S, R4W-93.71 R4W-93.71 sec.-ft. into the Lake Fork No. 1 Canal; (2)S. 3951'E. 2302 ft. from NW Cor. Sec. 21, TIN, R4W -10 sec.-ft. into the Payne Canal. Hereafter, it is proposed to divert di-vert 53.71 sec.-ft. of water from the same source at a point S. 403 ft. and W. 2834 ft. from NE Cor. Sec. 16, T1S, R4W, into Lake Fork No. 2 Canal where it will be conveyed con-veyed thereby 50,600 ft. to a point S. 1326 ft. and W. 75 ft. from NE Cor. Sec. 20, T2S, R3W, and re-diverted re-diverted into the Class D Canal and conveyed thereby 2700 ft to a point on Sand Wash located S. 2013 ft. and E. 2196 ft. from NW Cor. Sec. 21, T2S, R3W, and conveyed con-veyed by the natural channel of Sand Wash 34,000 ft. to a point of rediversion located S. 4520'W. 1245 ft. from NE Cor. Sec. 32, T2S, R2W, where it will be rediverted into the Sand Wash D Canal and conveyed thereby 7000 ft. to a point on Dry Gulch located N. 3008'W: 1800 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 28. T2S, R2W, and conveyed by the natural channel of Dry Gulch and rediverted therefrom at the following points: (1) N. 2300'W. 1733 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 28, T2S.R2W; (2) S. 8900'E. 2190 ft. from NW Cor. Sec. 34, T2S, R2W; (3) S. 2815'W. 1100 ft. from Ny4 Cor. Sec. 35, T2S, R2W. The remaining 10 sec.-ft. will be 'diverted from the same source as heretofore and the 10-sec.-ft. and the 93.71 sec.-ft. will be used during the same period and for the same purposes as heretofore. here-tofore. 27134 - Charles E. The water will be diverted by means of a dam and conveyed through 8000 ft. of ditch and used as a supplemental supply from Mar. 15 to Nov. 15 to irrigate 350 acres in Ny2 Sec. 32, S'2SEy4 Sec. 31, T2S, R1W and NWy4NWy4 Sec. 5, T3S, R1W, and for year-round year-round incidental stock-watering purposes. 27853-0. B. Cloward, Myton, Ut; 1 sec.-ft. for irrigation use from an Unnamed Spring Area, trib. to Dry Gulch to Uintah River at a point S 1655 ft. and W. 26 ft. from Ey4 Cor. Sec. 3, T3S, R2W, which is the point of collection of said spring area described as follows: Beg. at a point S. 1655 ft. and W. 14 ft. from Ey4 Cor. said Sec. 3, thence S. 400 ft., N. 6555'W. 407 ft, N. 134 ft, E. 100 ft, N. 100 ft., E. 272 ft. to beg. The water-will water-will be collected through 400 ft. of existing open drain and diverted by means of a head gate and conveyed con-veyed through 2000 ft. of open channel and used from Apr. 1 to Oct 31 to irrigate 80 acres in Ey2 SEy4, NWy4SEy4 said Sec. 3 and for year-round incidental stock-watering stock-watering purposes. 28028 - Joseph R. Duncan, RFD No. 2, Roosevelt, Ut.;, 0.25 sec.-ft. for stock-watering from a drain at a point N. 1363 ft. and E. 2590 ft. from wy4 Cor. Sec. 12, T1S, R2W. From a collection box at the drain the water will be conveyed con-veyed through 4-in. tile drain 270 ft. to watering troughs and used to water 100 cattle, 5 horses, 50 sheep and 25 hogs. 28029 - Joseph R. Duncan, RFD No. 2, Roosevelt, Ut; 3 sec.-ft. for irrigation use from an Unnamed Stream, trib. to Dry Gulch to Uintah River at a point N. 1330 ft. and E. 487 ft. from wy4 Cor. Sec. 12, T1S, R2W. The water will be diverted by means of a head gate and conveyed through 1000 ft. of ditch and used as a supplemental supply from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 to irrigate 35 acres in SWNW'i said Sec. 12 and for year-round incidental stock-watering purposes. 28030 - Joseph R. Duncan, RFD No. 2, Roosevelt, Ut; 1 sec.-ft and 5 ac.-ft. from an Unnamed Stream, trib. to Dry Gulch to Uintah River. The water will be diverted at a rate not to exceed 5 sec.-ft. at any one time for both storage and natural flow at a point N. 1656 ft. and E. 1498 ft. from Vy4 Cor. Sec. 12, T1S, R2W, which is the point of intersection of the longitudinal axis of an impounding dam 20 ft. high and the centerline of the unnamed un-named stream. The reservoir created creat-ed thereby will have a capacity of 5 ac.-ft. and will inundate 1 acre in NEy4Nwy4 said Sec. 12. 5 ac.-ft. ac.-ft. will be stored in the reservoir from Nov. 1 to Mar. 31 and released releas-ed from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31, along with any or part of the 1 sec.-ft. sec.-ft. of natural flow, into an earth ditch and conveyed 600 ft. and used as a supplemental supply to irrigate ir-rigate 35 acres in SW4NW4 said Sec. 12, and for year-round incidental stock-watering purposes. 28096 - North Fork Irrigation Co., RFD No. 1, Roosevelt, Ut; 5 sec.-ft. sec.-ft. for irrigation use from North Fork and West Fork of Dry Gulch at point of confluence, trib. to Uintah Uin-tah River to Green River at a point N. 198 ft. and W. 2571 ft. from E14 Cor. Sec. 27, T2S, R1W. The water will be diverted by means of a rock and brush dam at point of confluence, where the water is commingled and backed up the North Fork of Dry Gulch 75 ft. and rediverted at a point N. 78 ft. and W. 2599 ft. from Ey4 Cor. said Sec. 27, by means of a pump and conveyed through 6375 ft. of ditch and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 to irrigate 540 acres in NEy4-SE14, NEy4-SE14, NWy4SEi4, SE14SE14 Sec. 27; SE!4 Sec. 26; NWy4, NEy4-SWy4, NEy4-SWy4, SE14 Sec. 35, T2S, R1W. Protests resisting the granting of any of the foregoing applications,, with reasons therefor, must be in affidavit form, with extra copy,, and filed with the State Engineer, 403 State Capitol, Salt Lake City 14, Utah, on or before December 15, 1956.
