OCR Text	Show YULE MAIL GOING TO TERRITORIES IS NEEDED EARLY Surface Christmas mails destined destin-ed for civilians in Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico should be mailed by postal patrons by early December, Decem-ber, Postmaster Arvin L. Bellon said. This is necessary, he .explained, becuase of available ship schedules sched-ules from the port of dispatch, as well as possible delays due to bad weather frequently encountered en-countered at this time of year. Holiday surface mails for these places should be mailed in our time zone not later than Dec. 3. This of course is the deadline and postal patrons are being advised that even earlier mailings will be an aid to the postal service, as well as provide an additional measure of insurance of delivery by Christmas, Mr. Bellon pointed out. -
