Show Notice Of Hearing BEFORE THE PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION OF UTAH In the Matter of the Application of W. H. LINCK, doing business as LINK TRUCKING CO. for a Certficate of Convenience and Necessity to operate as a common com-mon motor carrier of property in intrastate commerce. Notice is hereby given that the above-entitled application of W. H. Linck. doing business as Link Trucking Co. will be heard before be-fore the Public Service Commis- sion of Utah at its offices, 314 State' Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah, on Monday, the 19th day of November, 1956, commencing at 10:00 o'clock a.m. This is an application for a certificate of convenience and necessity nec-essity to operate as a common motor mo-tor carrier of general commodities . except gasoline and also oil ex-, cept when in containers, from Salt Lake City, and vicinity over U. S. Highway 40 to Colorado State Line, also from Salt Lake City via Highway 91 alternately over 91 to Geneva Road, over Geneva Road to Steel Plant, thence over County Road 400 N. to Orem, and thence as specified, last mentioned to haul, freight from steel plant to points East of 'Heber City. Also from Provo, Utah over Highway 189 to its junction with U. S. 40, and thence over 40 to Colorado State Line, service to be at least' twice weekly from Provo, Utah and as freight is available from the Steel Plant, and return. This operation does not propose to ihaul freight from Salt Lake City, to and for Heber City, or from Heber City, except freight originating at Heber City, and consigned East of Heber City. Immediate and off-route points to be served are: v Talmage; Mtn. Home; Boneta;. Altamont;. Altonah; Bluebell; Mt. Emmons; Upalco; Neola; White-rocks; White-rocks; Tridell; Lapoint; service to be twice weekly, or as required. re-quired. To Currant Creek Fruitland; Duchesne; Bridgeland; Myton-Roosevelt Myton-Roosevelt Ft. Duchesne; Gusher;. Vernal; and Jensen. Utah, service ser-vice all except Sundays and holidays, provided papers, mail, and milk products may be hauled every day.
