Show Five Treated For Injuries Caused In Auto Collision Five persons were injured in a head-on collision of two automobiles auto-mobiles in Indian Canyon at about 4:15 Sunday afternoon. Injured were: R. F. Ross, 31. Roosevelt, oil worker, Jean Ross. 21, his wife; Bert V. Oviatt, 40, Duchesne; Mrs. Eliza Oviatt, 50, his wife; Deone Oviatt, 16. their daughter. The two children of the Ross couple, Dean, 3, and Gail, 15-months 15-months were uninjured. .Members of the Oviatt family fam-ily are recovering at their home in Duchesne from cuts, bruises and shock. It is also reported the Ross couple suffered sim- I ilar cuts and bruises. All were taken to the Roosevelt hospital, with Mrs. Oviatt and Mrs. Ross being retained until Monday. According to Ray Devine, highway patrolman, who investigated,' inves-tigated,' the Oviatt pick-up and a late model sedan belonging to the Ross family, collided on a sharp turn in Indian canyon, which was covered with ice. |
