Show University Mmm Set Founders' Bay Program Dr. A Ray Olpin, president of the University of Utah, native na-tive of Pleasant Grove, and prominent scientist, will address the Duchesne County University of Utah Alumni Club next Tuesday Tues-day evening, Feb. 26. at the Frontier Grill Cafe, where members mem-bers will join in a dinner-meeting. According to the officers of the club, which is headed by Cliif Memmott and composed oc Mrs. Wanda Riggle, Mrs. Ida H. Harrison, James R. Hall and Dr. Paul Stringham, a well balanced program has been arranged, ar-ranged, under the direction of Mrs. Harrison, assisted by Mrs. Evelyn Schmiett and Mrs. Alton Al-ton Harrison. Robert Montgom ery will be the toastmaster. Invitations have gone out to approximately 150 alumni in Duchesne County, who have attended at-tended the "U" during the past almost 50 years. Several classes will be represented on the program pro-gram with toasts. A special invitation is extend-I extend-I ed newcomers in the county who might have been missed with invitations in-vitations which were sent to the known residents of the county. Those desiring to attend should contact some member of the committee by Monday morning, morn-ing, Feb. 25. |
