Show Hecla Neola Ward MIA 1 Stages Fun Night 1 Last Tuesday night at M.I.A. was spent as an all evening of fun Corn was popped and sacked, paper novelty hats were made and games were Played-The Played-The evening was topped oft with a square dance. Maurine Yack, of Roosevelt, visited with friends and relatives rel-atives here last Thursday. Mrs Bill Yack took her mother moth-er Mrs. Thompson, to her home in' Lapoint on Tuesday of last week. Mrs Eldon Anderton and small son, of Tridell, visited in Neola on Tuesday of last week. Lela Moosman spent Tuesday night in Roosevelt with Edith Hardinger and Eva Sprouse. Loren Mills made a business trip to Salt Lake one day last week. Mrs. Fred LaRose and baby daughter have returned home from the power plant, where they had stayed for a few days with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Grant Elmer. Dellis Spencer, of Ogden, spent the week end at home with his family. Jennett Smithson spent the week end in Altamont with her sister, Afton, who is teaching school there. Mr. and Mrs. Theron Hor-rocks Hor-rocks and Mrs. Dean Jennings were in Vernal on business on Wednesday of last week. Mr. and Mrs. Eldon Anderton. Ander-ton. Danny Anderton, Miss Lela Moosman and Calvin Anderton spent the week end in Tooele with Mr. and Mrs. Eldon Anderton, An-derton, Sr. Mr. and Mrs. R. A. Eksund and girls spent Sunday afternoon after-noon visiting in Farm Creek with Mr. and Mrs. Virgil Robb and family. No Sunday School or meeting meet-ing was held in Neola Sunday as the furnace was out of order. Mr. and Mrs. J. O. Hoopes and Mr. and Mrs. Stanley , Hoopes and family, of White- rocks, spent Thursday with Mr. and Mrs. R. A. Eksund. Mr. and Mrs. John Daniels, of Lapoint, visited in Neola Saturday. A few couples from the Neola Square Dance group joined the Whiterocks gTOup Saturday for a dance at Whiterocks. Mr. and Mrs. Don Horrocks, of Price, visited in Neola last week end with friends and relatives. rel-atives. I Mr. and Mrs. Morrill, of Kam-as; Kam-as; visited last week with Mrs. Morrill's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Dace Mitchell. The Morrills are moving back to Myton. Mr. and Mrs. Dick Bastain. of Roosevelt, and Mr. and Mrs. Rudy Krissman, of Myton, spent Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. Ivan Bastian. |
