New Position Local area pharmacist, David Butler, has accepted a new position as Director of Pharmacy at Northwest Hospital Hos-pital in Tucson, Anz. ORIGINALLY from Idaho Falls Ida., David graduated from Idaho Falls High School and attended the University of Utah where he received a U.S. degree from the College of Pharmacy in 1979. Mr Butler has been associated associ-ated with Lakeview Hospital since 1976, when he began a three-year internship in the hospital's Pharmacy Department Depart-ment and later joined the stall. He was Director of Pharmacy at Castleview Hospital in Price from June, 1980 to November, 198 1 , before returning to Lake-view Lake-view as assistant director of Pharmacy. DAVIS AND his wife Karen and their two children have relocated re-located from their home in Farmington to Tucson, Ariz.
