The group reviewed everything every-thing from the agency's policy and procedures manual to the disaster plan, checked the administrative organizational chart, comprehensive plan of services, patient clinical charts, reviewed means of collecting col-lecting fees and fire and life safety reports. IN REVIEWING the agency's agen-cy's personnel administration, the team called the procedure used "excellent" and said "it could be of benefit for other mental health programs" and said of Davis County's prog ram evaluation, "the center has distinguished itself through a major contribution to statewide program evaluation evalua-tion and for progress made in measurement of mental health treatment outcomes." |
