The groom is the son of Clyde V and Ruby Sowell of 305 S. )S; 600 E., Centerville. j A wedding breakfast was hosted at the home of the groom's parents. The couple was honored at a garden recep-I recep-I tion at the home of the bride ' s par,! parents. m , THE BRIDE'S dress was of ',' white organza. The fitted bodice trimmed with scheffli elf:, and chantilly lace. The Bishop - sleeves had Venice and chantilly chan-tilly lace trim. The bouffant " skirt Haired into a chapel train and was trimmed with chantil- i ly lace and satin ribbon. I The bride held a silk bou-r3 bou-r3 quet in dusty-rose and pink I roses with baby breath and J satin ribbons draped off the 3' edge. The veil was waist length date with appliqued white flowers. MATRON OF honor was Mrs. Don Sowell with Brenda ... Phelps as maid of honor. ItS Bridesmaids were Olga leri Flores, Olivia Flores, Suzie I Phelps, Mrs. Jay Spencer, ( Kamile Anderson, Marlene -t Golightly, Andrea Buist. Heidi Tanner attended the guest book. The bridal attendants wore street length dresses in shades of pink and dusty rose trimmed with chantilly lace on the neckline neck-line and sleeve. They carried silk nosegays of pink baby roses and baby breath. THE MOTHERS' street length dress was an Albert Napon design made of burgan-dy burgan-dy georgette. The semi-fitted dress had 20 tucks on bodice front and back, released at the waist. The neckline and long sleeves were trimmed with soft ruffles of same fabric. The mothers wore silk corsages with wine shade roses accented with pale pink roses and baby breath. Flower girls were Lindsey Sowell, Mandy Spencer, Cindy Cin-dy and Yvonne Phelps. JEFF Sowell, brother of the groom, was best man. Tom O'Brien and Dave O'Brien, bride's brothers; Don Sowell, groom's brother and Harold Phelps, bride's cousin, were ushers. Prenuptial parties were given by Julie Burnett, DeEtte Sowell, Kathy S. Spencer, Claudia Evans, Pat Quinn and Pat Taylor. THE BRIDE is a 1983 graduate gradu-ate of Viewmont High. The groom graduated from View-mong View-mong in 1979 and has been attending the University of Utah. He filled a San Antonio, Texas Spanish mission. After a honeymoon to Southern California, they will make their home in Salt Lake City. |
