This recipe calls for Carnation Instant ' Nonfat Dry Milk which is 100 natural skim milk, fortified with vitamins A and D and has half the calories of whole milk and no fat USE COUPON BELOW CITRUS CHICKEN SALAD 3 tablespoons flour 4 cups cubed cooked chicken 3 tablespoons sugar - 2 cups thinly sliced celery Vi teaspoon salt 1 cup (4-ounce package) 1 e99 toasted slivered almonds 1 CUP liQuid 1 cup (about 3 medium) fresh CARNATION Instant Nonfat Milk orange sections Vi cup orange juice J Combine flour, sugar, and salt in medium saucepan. Blend in egg. Gradually stir in liquid instant milk and orange juice. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture just comes to a boil and thickens. Chill dressing in refrigerator; stir occasionally. Combine chicken, celery, almonds, orange sections, and dressing in medium bowl. Mix lightly but thoroughly. Chill. Serve on lettuce. Makes 71z cups.
