Show AMENDED NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE On Thursday, August 11, 1983, at the hour of 10:30 o'clock A.M. of said day, at the north steps of the Davis County Courthouse, Farming-ton, Farming-ton, Utah, Mikel M. Boley, as Trustee, will sell at public auction, auc-tion, to the highest bidder, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale the following described real property located at 1486 South 1100 West, County of Davis, State of Utah; being more particularly described as: BEGINNING on the West line of a Street at a point 1 6.0 rods West and 56.36 rods South and 50 degrees 03' West 280 feet from the Northeast corner of the Southeast quarter of Section 26, Township 2 North, Range 1. West, Salt Lake Meridian, in the Town of Woods Cross, and running thence South 89 degrees 5545" West 124.5 Feet; thence South 92.90 feet to the North line of a street; thence North 89 degrees 55'45"; East along said North line of a street 124.5 feet to the West line of said 1st men- tioned street; thence North 0 degrees 03' East 92.90 feet along said West line of a street to . the point of BEGINNING. BEGIN-NING. Said sale will be made without with-out covenant or warranty, expressed ex-pressed or implied, regarding title, possession or encumbrances encumbr-ances to satisfy the obligation secured by and pursuant to the power of sale in the trust deed executed by RICHARD GAILEY and CHRISTY J.
