Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEES SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 2nd day of August, 1983 at 10:30a.m. at the North Main Entrance of the County Courthouse Court-house in Farmington, Davis County, Utah, by Bryan W. Cannon as Trustee and Gen-star Gen-star Mortgage Corporation as Beneficiary, under the Deed of Trust made by Robert D. Ashby and Claudia Ashby as Trustors, recorded October 6, 1980 as Entry No. 576329 in Book 842 at page 881 of Official Offi-cial Records of Davis County, given to secure indebtedness in favor of Countrywide Funding Fund-ing Corporation, by reason of ' certain obligations secured thereby. Notice of Default was recorded re-corded April 8, 1983 as Entry No. 637 1 67 in Book 937 at page 895 of said Official Records.
