Show Farmington Okays Plans For New City Building The Farmington City Council Coun-cil met in a special session on July 13, especially to go over the drawings and plans for the new city complex. ROGER Clawson, general chairman of the Fiesta Days presented a thumb nail sketch of the activities of the three days. Rick Wells of the Lloyd-Butler Lloyd-Butler Associates Architectural Architectu-ral Firm presented drawings of the new municipal building. After questioning, the council made several changes and finally fin-ally agreed on the plans. The drawings should be completed in several days. JOE RHOADS, engineer, joined in the discussion and also decided on the final plans. Aug. 8 is the day set for groundbreaking of the new building on Main Street, 100 North. Max Forbush planned to attend the legislature session held July 14 to consider costs of the mud removal from private pri-vate homes in the mud slide area.
