Show NOTICE OF DEFAULT 644477 BENEFICIAL LIFE INSURANCE IN-SURANCE COMPANY, Trustee, under trust deed dated June 29, 1983, executed by ROY L. MILLER and ELLEN GERALDINE MILLER, MIL-LER, his wife as Beneficiary, Trustor, to INTERMOUN-TAIN INTERMOUN-TAIN MORTGAGE COMPANY COM-PANY () as Beneficiary, recorded re-corded December 24, 1980 as Entry No. 582532 in Book 852 at Page 197 of Official Records, Re-cords, in the office of the County Recorder of Davis County, Utah, describing land therein as: () Beneficial interest was assigned to BENEFICIAL LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY COM-PANY by document dated December De-cember 22, 1980 and recorded December 24, 1980, as Entry No. 582533 in Book 852 at Page 201, in the office of the Davis County Recorder. Lot 15, BURNING-HAM BURNING-HAM SUBDIVISION, according to the official plat thereof as recorded in the office of the Davis County Recorder, hereby gives notice that breach of the obligations for which such deed is security has occurred in that: The Trustor is in default in that monthly installments from October 5, 1982 through June, 5, 1983 in the amount of $524.46 each, plus late fees, interest, in-terest, penalties, and costs were not paid when due in accordance with the terms of the Note and Trust Deed, and Beneficiary has executed and delivered to said Trustee a written declaration of default and demand for sale, and has deposited with said trustee such trust deed and all documents docu-ments evidencing obligations secured thereby and has elected to cause the property to be sold to satisfy the obligations obliga-tions secured thereby.
