LEGAL NOTICE Please be advised that the City Council of Bountiful will hold a public hearing on WEDNESDAY, August 10, 1983 at 7:40 P.M. or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, in the City Council chambers at 790 South 100 East, Bountiful, Utah. The. purpose of this hearing will be to determine interest in and ascertain the advisability of amending Title 14 Chapter 6 Section 6-4015, Lot and Access Ac-cess Design, by clarifying how the distance of a dwelling structure from a public street should be measured. This has particular application to the foothill areas of Bountiful City above 1300 East. The public is invited to attend and voice opinion either for or against this proposal.
