Show Crcagcr Addresses Women Educators "Educate for Living in a Changing World" was the subject sub-ject that Associate General Counsel, Ms. Susan Creagcr addressed Monday evening at the Bountiful City Library, Bountiful. Members of Kappa Chapter of Delta Kappa Gamma, Gam-ma, National Honorary Society Socie-ty for women educators, and their guests were both enlightened enlight-ened and encouraged by her words regarding present and future opportunities for young women in the career of law. MS. CREACER, a native of Ogden, was a foreign exchange student to Germany while in high school. She attended Weber We-ber State College where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in foreign languages lan-guages in 1974. June 1977, Ms. Creager graduated from the University of Utah College of Law with a Juris Doctorate Degree. In Ogden, she was employed em-ployed as a law clerk by Olm-stead, Olm-stead, Stine, and Campbell from 1976-77 and from 1977-80 as a law clerk for the Salt Lake County Attorney in Salt Lake City. AUGUST 1980 to 1983, as an attorney, Ms. Creager has been as associate legislative general counsel for the Utah State Legislature. She is the staff attorney for the Judiciary and Administrative Rules Review Re-view Committees and drafts the legislation and prepares opinions for the legislators and governmental entities. Ms. Creager served as the prosecutor, misdeamor division divi-sion from 1977 to 1979. As its director, she supervised the support staff and four attorneys attor-neys appearing in ten justice courts. FROM Aug., 1979 to July of 1980. Ms. Creager served as the Felony prosecutor for Salt Lake City's third district court. Among her law related interests in-terests are: secretary, Young I I f ! K p. DESPITE a busy professional profession-al life, Ms. Creager will be presenting pre-senting a piano recital,, Oct 23 in Ogden. She also enjoys flute, dancing, literature and numbers as her favorite sports, riding and tennis. |
