Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE On Tuesday, the 8th day of Nov. 1983 at the hour of 9:10 o'clock a.m., of said day, at the East ground level entrance of the Davis County Court House at Farmington, Utah, UTAH TITLE AND ABSTRACT AB-STRACT COMPANY, as Trustee, will sell at public auction, auc-tion, to the highest bidder, for cash, in lawful money of the United States, all payable at the time of sale, the following described property, situated in the County of Davis, State of Utah, and described as follows, fol-lows, to-wit: All of Lot 2, EVES GARDEN NO. 5, a Planned Residential Unit Development, according to the official plat thereof, recorded in the office of the County Recorder of Davis County. Said sale will be made without with-out covenant or warranty regarding re-garding title, possession op encumbrances en-cumbrances to satisfy the obli gation secured by' and pursuant pur-suant to the power of sale conferred con-ferred in the trust deed executed ex-ecuted by RAYMOND J. EVES CO. INC. as Trustor, to UTAH TITLE AND ABSTRACT AB-STRACT COMPANY Trustee, Trus-tee, for the benefit and security of WESTERN AMERICAN MORTGAGE COMPANY, dba PATAGONIA MORTGAGE MORT-GAGE COMPANY as Beneficiary, Benefi-ciary, recorded Mav 12, 1981 as Entry No. 592238 in Book 867 at Page 80, records of Davis County, State of Utah. The balance owing as of the date of recordation of the Nor-tice Nor-tice of Default on the obligation obliga-tion secured by said Trust Deed was $31,702.59, plus interest, in-terest, penalties and fees.
