Marchant, principal prin-cipal of Woods Cross Elementary Elemen-tary School is showing his Halloween Hal-loween spirit in readiness for the school's annual Halloween Carnival to be held Friday, Oct. 28 from 6-8:30 p.m. at the school, 2385 S. 800 W. THERE WILL be all types of game booths as well as a spook alley and a moon walk. Food booths will also provide such carnival goodies as sloppy slop-py joes, corn dogs, nachos, soft drinks and popcorn. In addition to the festivities for the young set, numerous local merchants have provided prizes so adults can get in on the fun. A new set of tires, a case of oil, lifetime video mem-bership, mem-bership, various savings accounts and free meals at different dif-ferent local restaurants are just some of the prizes that have 'been donated. All funds raised will be used for the purchase of a new computer for the school which will greatly benefit the children in learning computer skills. The general public is also invited to attend. |
