Cope IV were married October 7 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Tem-ple. Elder Bruce R. McConkie of the Council of the Twelve, performed the ceremony. THE BRIDE is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert B. Fox of Bountiful. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. William H. Cope III of Orem. The couple was honored that evening at a reception in the Lion House. THE BRIDE wore a custom designed gown made of satin blend. The bodice was hand sewn and appliqued in French lace. A lace peplum accentuated accentu-ated the waist. The chapel length train was trimmed with complimentary French lace. The Juliet veil was especially especial-ly designed and made for the bride by Jeffery Tripp and Robbie Svedin. THE BRIDAL bouquet was of peach roses, white stephanotis, stepha-notis, white spider mums and baby breath. Maid of honor was Robbie Svedin. She wore a coral dress and carried a bouquet similar to the bride's. Attendants were Catherine Cope and Erin Cope, sisters of the groom. Marcianne Whitney was at the guest book. RANDY BROWN performed per-formed best man duties. Ushers were Matt Redd Fox, William McKay Redd and Kevin Harris. The guests were entertained by the groom's brother, Kenneth Ken-neth Cope and his quartet; Harold Madsen, Brent Braith-waite, Braith-waite, and Glen Houghtailing, members of the B YU Acappel-la Acappel-la Choir. PRENUPTIAL parties were given by Robbie Svedin and Kerry Wittke. The bride graduated from Viewmont High and is a senior at BYU completing a double major in Theatre Arts and English En-glish Education. She toured Greece, Egypt, and Romania with the BYU Young Ambassadors, Ambas-sadors, and was a performer at the Robert Redford Sundance Theatre. She is currently leaching at the Missionary Training Center and she filled an LDS Texas-Houston Mission. Mis-sion. THE GROOM is a graduate of Madison High School in Houston, Tex., where he was active in sports and music. He served as president of the LDS Institute at the University of Houston. He filled an LDS mission to Paris, France. After their honeymoon, the couple will live in Provo. |
