Show CARAMEL BAKED APPLES 4 large tart apples 1 tbsp. choppe -1 wntnuts 12 cup brown sugar, firmly packed Ground cinnamon 1 tbsp. raisins 13 cup whipping cream Core apples ( such as Pippin, Granny Smith, Rome Beauties) and peel skin from top half of each apple. Arrange in 8-inch round glass baking dish. Partially fill center of each apple with brown sugar, then stuff with nuts and raisins. Aaa more brown sugar to fill centers. Spoon any remaining brown sugar into bottom bot-tom of dish. Sprinkle each apple lightly with ground cinnamon. Then drizzle whipping cream carefully over apples, pouring some info the brown sugar in each core. Cook in microwave 8 to 10 minutes until apples are tender when pierced with fork, turning dish two or three times during cooking. Transfer apples to individual serving serv-ing dishes.
