Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 9th day of November 1983 at 9:00 a.m. at the front courthouse steps of the County Coun-ty Courthouse, Farmington, Davis County, Utah by Steven R. McMurray as Successor Trustee under that certain Trust Deed dated July 15,1981 by and between Dennis C. Christensen and Madelyn A. Christensen, his wife, as Trustors, Trus-tors, and Mountain View Title and Escrow Company, Inc. as Trustee and American Fidelity Thrift and Loan as beneficiary, which Trust Deed was recorded re-corded July 22, 1981 in the office of the Davis County Recorder Re-corder in Book 874, Page 376 as Entry No. 597004, which Deed of Trust was given to secure se-cure indebtedness in favor of American Fidelity Thrift and Loan Company. Notice of Default was recorded re-corded on June 30, 1983 in the office of the Davis County Recorder Re-corder in Book 948 at Page 943 as Entry No. 644677 of said official records. Steven R.
