Show NOTICE OF INTENTION Notice is hereby given by the City Council of Pleasant Grove City, Utah of the intention of such City Council to make the following described special improvements, im-provements, to wit: To grade and pave with oil seal coat and rock chips 20 feet in width the following follow-ing streets and roads in Pleasant Grove City, to-wit: Fifth East street from Third North to Fifth North; Seventh East Street from Second South to Fifth North; First West Street from Second South to Third South; Third South Street from First West to Main; Loader Lane from Locust Avenue to Loader Drive; Third East Street from First South to Second South; Loader Drive from Second South to about 650 South at the point where Loader Drive intersects with Tenth East; Seventh North Street from Third East to Seventh Sev-enth East, Third North Street from Fourth East to Seventh East and Sixth North Street from Fourth East to Fifth East. Said proposed improvements shall be designated as Street Paving District No. 9. The Total Estimated Cost of such -improvements is $5600.00. The Abutters portion of such costs is estimated at $4400.00 and the City's portion is estimated at $1200.00. The estimated costs per front foot or lineal foot of property prop-erty abutting on said streets is 20 cents per front foot for each side of said streets. The abutter's portion of the cost and expenses of said improvements im-provements will be paid for by a special assessment on all lots, parcels, and pieces of land to be affected or benefited by such improvements im-provements and abutting on each side of the aforesaid streets, such assessment to be made according to the number of front feet abutting abut-ting on said streets. All protests or objections to such improvements or to the carrying car-rying out of such intention must be in writing-, signed by the owners own-ers of the property affected, describing de-scribing the same together with the number of front feet represented repre-sented and filed with the City Recorder on or before the 19th day of October, 1958. The City Council at its first meeting thereafter, there-after, to wit: On the 20th day of October, 1958 at the hour of 8:00 o'clock p.m. in the City Hall in Pleasant Grove, Utah, will hear and consider such protests and objections to said improvements as shall have been made.
