Am. Legion Ladies Stage Past Presidents Party A Past Presidents party, honoring hon-oring Mrs. Sadie Beck, immediate Past President of the local Unit 70 American Legion Auxiliary, was held at the home of Mrs. Karl Banks on Tuesday afternoon. after-noon. A tribute to Mrs. Beck was given by Mrs. Sylvia Peterson. Peter-son. A feature of the meeting was a report by the 1958 Girls' Staters, Stat-ers, Carol Harper, Deanna Pen-dergraft Pen-dergraft and Ardith Walker. Mrs. Banks, current Unit 70 president, outlined the work for the year and plans were made for the October 11 District IV convention con-vention to be held in Pleasant Grove. A tasty luncheon was served to the special guests and members mem-bers present, which included those mentioned previously and Arvilla Harvey, May Jensen, Thelma Adamson, Margaret Turner, Tur-ner, Margie Atwood, Joan Jensen, June Monson, Norma Bronson and Mrs. Curtis West.
