Smith-Scott Co. Appoints New Purchasing Agent Smith-Scott Company, subsidiary subsid-iary of the United Concrete Pipe Co., has recently announced the appointment of George A. Wool-ley Wool-ley as purchasing agent for the company, effective Sept. 1, 1958. Prior to joining Smith-Scott in 1956, Mr. Woolley was employed in the purchasing department of a large Southern California wholesale house. During the time he has been with Smith-Scott Co., Inc. he has served in various supervisory capacities ca-pacities in both traffic and production pro-duction departments. Former purchasing agent E. R. Skelley, recently resigned to enter another unrelated business, and the company wihos him much success in his new job.
