Show PACIFISM TO OE I SERMON SHAY j Pacifism is going to be discussed as j Ions as there is war. What does the 1 pacifist offer in stead of war? How H 4d pacifism arise? Is there hope for its success or advance? Would we, as a nation, be safo or would wo hold a position of respect and honor if wo became be-came a pacifist people? These, are the questions that arise out of the theme of "Pacifism and the Present War" and they will bo discussed dis-cussed in tho evening sermon on "Pacifism and the Present War" in the First Presbyterian church Sunday night. There will be a special musical program pro-gram as follows: Prelude Bach Miss Louise Pierce. Tenor solo, "Hold Thou My Hand" Brlggs Mr. H. J. Domlnoy. Bass solo, "Recessional" ...De Koven Mr. Leslie H. Saville. Offertory Nevin Miss Louise Pierce. Male quartet, "The Church in the Mountains" Pitts Mr. II. J. Dominey, Mr. Leslie II. Saville, Mr. W. M. Rockfellow, Mr. Ed Peterson. Postlude Bendel Miss Louise Pierce. Tho church will bo decorated with tho national colors and flowers for these services. Mr. H J. M.
