'5.."; ED STRATTON Ed Stratton graduates from WSC Ed Stratton, son of Mr. and Mrs. Thelmer Stratton of Cedar City, graduated from Weber State College in Ogden, June 3 with two Bachelor of Science degrees, one in Medical Technology and the other in Microbiology, and with a minor in Chemistry. While attending Weber State College, Ed received the Dean's Award from the School of Allied Health Sciences for outstanding leadership. He was selected from 600 students for this award. Ed has maintained a 4.0 grade point average during the past two years. During the 1977-78 school year, he was elected as Medical Technology Student of the Year, Advisory Council Representative for the Medical Technology students, and Team Captain of Weber State College's ASMT Student Bowl Team (an academic competition between Medical Technology teams throughout the Nation). He is a member of the Phi Kappa Phi National Honor Society. Ed was employed in the laboratory at St. Benedict's Hospital in Ogden, but will begin work at Valley View Medical Center in Cedar City in June. |
