' afcWilllt.IIM fettd The engagement and forthcoming marriage of Flora Halterman to Philip E. Sudweeks is announced by the parents of the bride, Bishop and Mrs. Glen L. Halterman of Parowan. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Clinton W. Sudweeks and the late Mae LaVieve Sudweeks of Brentwood, Calif. The couple will recite vows in a ceremony to be performed Saturday, July 1 in the St. George Temple. The bride-elect is a graduate of Parowan High School. She also graduated from four years of LDS Seminary. While at Parowan High she was a member of the Rammettes and the Madrigals. She attended Utah Technical College at Provo where she majored in Radiologic Technology and had graduated from Dixie College with an ASD Degree Flight Attendent Certificate. She has also served as an intern as a Radiologic Technologist at the University of Utah Medical Center. Sudweeks is a graduate of Liber Union High School at Brentwood, Calif, and graduated from Utah Technical College at Provo with a degree in business management. Last year he attended Brigham Young University where he continued con-tinued his studies in business management FLORA HALTERMAN AND PHILIP E. SUDWEEKS Sudweeks served with the U.S. Army at Ft. Dix, N. J. from 1971 through 1973 and is currently working in Brentwood, Calif, in his father's construction firm. |
