Show will sell at public auction to the highest bidder for cash payable in lawful money of the United States of America at the time of said sale, without warranty as to title, possession or encumbrances, en-cumbrances, the following described real property in the Coutny of Iron, State of Utah, to-wit: All of Lot 10, Block "E" Brian Head Unite 1 Subdivision, Sub-division, according to the Official Plat thereof, as filed in the Office of the Iron County Recorder, State of Utah. for the purpose of paying obligations secured by said Deed of Trust, including and expenses of trustee, advances, if any, under the terms of said deed, interest principal of the note secured by said Deed of Trust with interest thereon as in said note and by law provided, and for Trustee's fees and for attorney fees and all costs and expenses as by law provided.
