Show irrigation of 2.085 acs. in SW4NW4 Sec. 21, T35S, RllW. Hereafter, 10.0 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from a 6-inch well, 250 ft. deep at a point N. 2803 ft. and W. 4304 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 21, T35S, RllW; (5 mi. NW of Cedar); and used for the domestic and stockwatering same as heretofore; and used from Mar. 15 to Oct. 31 for the supplemental irrigation of 2.887 acs. but limited to the sole supply of 2.268 acs. same as heretofore. Protests resisting the granting of these applications with reasons therefor must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 442 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah 84114, on or before Nov. 13, 1976. NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to change water in Iron County throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. Locations in SLB&M. a-9054 (75-1370) Bureau of Land Management, P.O. Box 729, Cedar City, Utah 84720, proposes to change the point of diversion and place of use of 0.023 sec. ft. of water as evidenced by Water User's Claim 75-1370 as amended by Change a-4975. The water has been diverted from North Spring at a point in SWNE'. Sec. 31, T31S, R6W; aid used from Apr. 1 to Nov. 30 for the stockwatering of 1500 cattle in SW',4NE4 Sec. 31, T31S, R6W. Hereafter, 0.023 se. ft. of water is to be diverted from North Spring Area at a point S. 1885 ft. and E. 888 ft. from NV4 cor. Sec. 32, T31S, R6W, (Fremont Wash drainage) ; and used from Apr. 1 to Nov. 30 for the stockwatering of 1500 cattle in SW'4 Sec. 20; NE'4 Sec. 30; W'2 Sec. 29; N Sec. 32, all T31S, R6W. 1 a-9078 ( 71-3344) Ray Thomas Enterprises, Inc., P.O. The water has been diverted from two wells at the following points: (1 ) N. 80 ft. and E. 1360 ft. ; (2) N. 80 ft. and E. 100 ft. both from SW Cor Sec 32, T34S, R16W; and used from Apr, 1 to Oct. 31 for the irrigation of 20.0 acs. in SW',4SW'4 Sec. 32, T34S, R16W. Hereafter, 1.0 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from a 10-inch well, 150 ft. deep at a point N. 163 ft. and W. 1514 ft. from E',4 Cor. Sec. 2, T35S, R17W; (6 mi. NW Beryl Crossroads) ; and used for the domestic purposes of one family; and used from Apr. 15 to Oct. 31 for the irrigation of 0.07 ac. in SW4NEV4 Sec. 2, T35S, R17W. No. 16699 and Change a-7781 (71-3228). The water has been diverted from two wells at the following points : (1) N.80 ft. and E. 1360 ft.; (2) N. 80 ft. and E. 100 ft. both from SW Cor. Sec. 32, T34S, R16W; and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 for the irrigation of 20.0 acs. in SWV4SW4 Sec. 32, T34S, R16W. Hereafter, 3.0 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from a 10-inch well, 150 ft. deep at a point N. 358 ft. and W. 2864 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 32, T34S, R16W, (6 mi. S of Beryl); and used for the domestic purposes of one family ; v and used from Apr. 15 to Oct. 31 for the irrigation of 0.57 ac. in SEV4SWV4 Sec. 32, T34S, R16W. The remaining amount of water will be used as heretofore. a-9080 (71-3346) Eugene D. and Joyce Y. Lilley, Box 52, Beryl, Utah 84714, proposes to change the point of diversion, place and nature of use of 21.0 ac. ft. of water out of a total of 189.40 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by a portion of Underground Water Claim 923, (71-161). The water has been diverted from a 16-inch well, 297 ft. deep at a point N. 1510 ft. and W. 550 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 30, T35S, R16W; and used for the stockwatering of 2000 sheep and 350 cattle; and used from Mar. 15 to Nov. 1 for the irrigation of 42.10 acs. in E2NE4,N'zSE4Sec.20,T35S, R16W. Hereafter, 21 .0 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from two existing 16-inch wells as follows: ( 1 ) 247 ft. deep at a point N. 850 ft. and W. 200 ft.; (2 ) 300 ft. deep at a point N. 1480 ft. and W. 695 ft. both from S'4 Cor. Sec. 17, T35S, R16W, (10 mi. S of Beryl); and used from Mar. 15 to Nov. 1 for the supplemental irrigation of 133.70 acs. but limited to the sole supply of 5.25 acs. in W'SE1, SW',4 Sec. 17, T35S, R16W. The remaining amount of water will be used as heretofore. a-9090 (73-2312) Claud and Theresa Mae Mayberry, Rt. 1, Box 1064, Cedar City, Utah 84720, proposes to correct the point of diversion and nature of use of 10.0 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by Underground Water Claim 9926, and Change a-6595. The water has been diverted from an 8-inch well, 100-350 ft. deep at a point N. 55 deg. 42'49" W. 5143 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 21, T35S, RllW; and used for the domestic purposes of two families, stock-' stock-' watering of 50 poultry, 4 cattle, 4 sheep and 4 hogs; and used from Mar. 15 to Oct. 31 for the ' i i |
