Show By Brian Head Town Five-County AOG membership sought truck needs a new diesel engine. He said the availability of an engine is being researched. -Councilman Don Van Sickle 1 said Patrick Fenton of Zions First National Bank has found there is a $700,000 general obligation bonding capability by the town. -Van Sickle also said the availability of grant funds for sewer and water development will be researched when the council is in Salt Lake City for meeting of the Utah League of Cities and Towns. Notice of a letter of resolution for membership in the Five County Association of Governments Govern-ments and a proposed change in Utah Highway 143 highlighted the Brian Head Town Council meeting last week. Councilman Craig Morrill reported that the letter for membership into the five county association has been sent to the group. , The council also resolved that the highway change, through the south end of town, between Ferdinand's and Georg's, would be beneficial. Criteria for the change, including in-cluding engineering data easement information, schedules and boundaries, were approved by the council. The Council also reviewed a letter requesting resignation from the council sent to Ewin Barnett. The letter was sent as a result of councilman Barnett's extended absence from Brian Head.
