Show V1 KEN MOSS Ken Moss called to Denver Mission Ken Moss, son of Dr. and Mrs. Robert H. Moss of Cedar City, has received his call to serve an LDS Mission to the Colorado-Denver Colorado-Denver Mission. He will enter the mission home on October 16. Ken will be the speaker at the 1:00 Sacrament Meeting of the 11th Ward which meets in the Cedar West Stake House. Elder Moss was a 1975 graduate of Cedar High School. While in high school he was involved in-volved in athletics as a member of the Wrestling, track, and cross-country teams. He was also a member of the Leo Club. Ken graduated from the LDS seminary program and is an Eagle Scout with double Eagle Palm. Following graduation, Ken .went on extended active duty in the U.S. Army as a member of the 19th Special Forces &roup of the Utah National Guard. He completed 15 months of active duty with training in Special Forces operations and medical services. He graduated with honors as a Special Forces medical Technician. His training required him to be Airborne qualified and he has now completed com-pleted 12 military parachute jumps including two night combat jumps. |
