Show South El. PTA plan for 76-77 season The officers of the South Elementary PTA, under the leadership of President Kathy Jarvis are planning many interesting in-teresting events for the 1976-77 school year. A very successful Back to School Night was held on Sept. 16 and on Sept. 21 and 23 the amblyopia am-blyopia eye clinci was held. Item; School pictures have been taken and retakes are scheduled for November 5-6 at 10 a.m. according to Chariperson Gaona Schoppmann. During October, several programs are scheduled to begin. Mrs. Jeff Marshall is busy getting the Family Life classes ready to start. Those interested can call Mrs. Marshall at 586-4307. 586-4307. Mrs. Sheryl Evans is the Health and Welfare Chairperson and the Bus Safety rpogram will be Oct. 21. I Mrs. Rhea Church is busy getting the Arts Appreciation program ready to present to the students. The bit news this month is the annual Halloween Film to be shown on Friday, Oct. 29 at 7:30 p.m. at the high school auditorium. All parents and pre- school children are encouraged to attend. An excellent color movie has been selected and is free of charge. The officers welcome all parents and teachers to join PTA.
