Containing 5.00 acres. Including one-half of all oil, gas and mineral rights. ALSO: One acre foot of water existing under Water Users Claim No. 1032; Underground Water Well Application Ap-plication No. 25428, together with all improvements located on said real property. The personal property as listed in a separate Notice of Sale will be sold together with the above described real property as a package sale. The Notice of Sale of the said personal property is being posted separate and apart from this Notice of Sale of Real Property and in accordance with Utah law.
