Show MR. AND MRS. JOHN W. LAWRENCE Connie Dun ton, John Lawrence united in Double-ring Ceremony Mr. and Mrs. Frank Dunton of Paragonah, announce the marriage of their daughter; Condra (Connie) to John Wilson ' Lawrence, son of Mr. and Mrs. Jim Lawrence of Phoenix, Arizona. The wedding took place at the Enchanted Garden, Nov. 26. 1976 with Bishop Charles Esplin officiating of-ficiating at the double ring .ceremony. The bride wore an original white crepe gown featuring an empire waistline with high neck and long puffed sleeves. She also wore a train length veil with accents of lace. Her bridal bouquet was white roses, small blue flowers and baby breath. She was attended by her sister, Sue as Maid of Honor, and Kay D. Gunderson, a niece of the groom as flower girl. ; They wore long dresses of I Royal Blue polyester, with white ace trim. Bill DeVere, the groom's cousin, stood as best man. The ushering was done by Arthur Lawrence, a brother, Bill Jackson, and David Gunderson, brothers-in-law. Michael Lynn DeVere was the Ring Bearer. The Mother of the Bride wore a long pale blue dress. The groom's Mother wore a long dress with a jacket of Navy Blue. Both wore corsages of white carnations. Prior to the wedding, the bride was honored at a personal shower in Paragonah given by Judy Talbot and Jenna Holyoak. She was also given a kitchen shower in Cedar City by Barbara Stratton and Peggy Tuckett. The bride is a graduate of USU and from SUSC in the LP Nursing Nur-sing program. At present, she is a student with the W'SC RN program in Dixie. The groom is a graduate of North High, Phoenix and has attended Phoenix College. He is presently employed at Cedar Valley Lumber. Following a brief honeymoon trip the young couple are at home in Cedar City. |
