Show Fishermen - Limits lifted on Enterprise Effective Wednesday, August 25, the bag and possession limits of game fish taken from the Upper and Lower Enterprise Reservoirs have been lifted, according to John Phelps, director of the Division of Wildlife Resources. "Fisherman may now take any number of fish daily without regard to possession limits," Phelps said. The Upper and Lower Reservoirs are scheduled, Phelps explained, for chemical treatment to eliminate non-game fish species. By removing creel limits, Phelps said, it is hoped that a larger number of the game fish can be utilized prior to the chemical treatment. "After the completion of the treatment program, the reservoirs reser-voirs will be closed to fishing during the remainder of 1976," Phelps said. "All other provisions of the 1976 Aquatic Wildlife Proclamation remain in full force and effect." |
