Show New Harmony News tended the Washington County fair at Hurricane where she was demonstating the Tri-Chem paints, as she is an instructor. A birthday party was held Thursday night honoring Elwin and Gary Prince, and Roland Prince of Cedar City. Those attending the cookout were Mr. and Mrs. Vivian Prince, parents of Elwin Gary and Roland, Mrs. Lovell Prince and daughters, Beth, Linda and Talonnie, Mr. and Mrs. Roland Prince and daughter Kara, Susie's parents Mr. and Mrs. Harlan Walker of Cedar City, and Afton Grant and Fred Melville. Dr. and Mrs. Kerry Grant and family have returned to their home in Rolla, Mo. where Dr. Grant teaches, they have spent the summer here with their parents Mr. and Mrs. Sheldon Grant and Marion F. Prince. Mr. and Mrs. Blaine Whitehead and family have returned to their home in Henderson, Hen-derson, Nev. after spending two weeks visiting their son and other friends and relatives. Mr. and Mrs. Weston Hall and son of Salt Lake spent the weekend here with their parents Mr. and Mrs. Dean Hall. Mr. and Mrs. Mervin Prince and sons have returned home from Logan, where Mervin has been attending school for thre months. - Mr. and Mrs. Reed Prisbrey was host and hostess to a dinner party sponsored by the.' permanent per-manent company under the direction of Carolyn Reed of Cedar City, those attending were Mr. and Mrs. Lyle Prince, Mr. and Mrs. Glen Leavitt, Mr. and Mrs. Herb Schlosser, Mr. and Mrs. Vivian Prince, Mr. and Mrs. Lowell Prince, the host and hostess, and grandson Dallas Ingram, and Mr. and Mrs. Leslie Pace. Mr. and Mrs. Don Leo Jonathan Heaton and family of B. C. Canada are. here spending their vacation at their summer home and also visiting their parents Mr. and Mrs. Lester Iverson of Washington, Ut. Mrs. i Berdean Schlosser at- The Ladies Sewing Club was held at the home of Sharon Prince Thursday afternoon. Those attending were Venice and Marva Prince, and Mamie Huntsman, a light lunch was served. - - -' - - Mrs. Vilo Pearce is spending a few days in Cedar City visiting with her children Mr. and Mrs. J. V. Davis and family, and to help take care of their daughter Stacey, who just had her tonsils removed. Mrs. Annie Hall of Roy and her daughter Reva Thomsen of Layton were guests of Mrs. Halls brother-in-law Mr. and Mrs. Dean Hall Thursday. Mrs. Vickey Huntsman Lefevre and children of Cedar City visited one day last week with her parents Bishop and Mrs. Cannon Huntsman and with Mrs. Mervin Prince. Beth and Linda Morris, daughters of Mr. and Mrs. Lowell Prince visited Tuesday and Wednesday with their grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Durham Morris. Visitors with their uncle and aunt Mr. and Mrs. Paul Beatty were Diann and Jannet Slade of Vernal, over the weekend. Marion Price visited recently in Salt Lake City with his son Mr. ; and Mrs. Paul Prince and to see his new granddaughter. Mr. and Mrs. Pratt Prince of Henderson, Nev. visited over the weekend with their brother Marion Prince and other relatives and to attend Sacrament Services. |
