Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 14th day of September, 1976, at 10:00 a.m., at the FRONT ENTRANCE of IRON COUNTY COURTHOUSE, Parowan, Utah, in the County of Iron by PRUDENTIAL FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION, as Beneficiary and Trustee under the Deed of Trust made by Howard M. Thorley and Treva Peg Thorley, his wife as Trustor, recorded June 27, 1974 as Entry No. 173604 in Book 197 at Page 545 of the official records of Iron County, Utah, given to secure an indebtedness in-debtedness in favor of Prudential Federal Savings and Loan Association, by reason of certain obligations secured thereby. Notice of Default was recorded May 12, 1976, as Entry No. 184751 in Book 217 at Page 283 of said official records. Trustee will sell at public auction to the highest bidder for cash, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, without warranty as to title, possession or encumbrances, the following described property at Cottonwood Valley Subdivision, Cedar City, Utah in the County of Iron, State of Utah: Beginning North 0 deg.24'37" East 309.7 feet from the Southwest South-west corner of Lot 1, Block A, COTTONWOOD VALLEY SUBDIVISION, and running thence North 0 deg. 24'37" East 146.33 feet; thence South 51 deg. 15' East 170 feet; thence North 86 deg. 0818" East 7.33 feet; thence South 0 deg. 24'37" West 41.02 feet; thence North 89 deg. 45'02" West 140.65 feet to the place of beginning. . for the purpose of paying obligations secured by said Deed of Trust including fees, charges and expenses of Trustee, advances, ad-vances, if any, under the terms of said Deed of Trust, interest thereon and the unpaid principal of the Note secured by said Deed of Trust with interest thereon as in said Note and by law provided.
