Show News from Summit Lake City at the present time doing geneological research. Chaplin J. Kent Larkin left Saturday for a new assignment in Okinawa. His wife Pat and two daughters will join him there in September. They are staying here at the present time with their folks, Mr. and Mrs. Hyrum Humpherys. Mr. and Mrs. Kent Humpherys enjoyed trip to Salt Lake City recently. Bishop and Mrs. J. Frank Dalley joined Mrs. Dalley's family in Panguitch recently for a reunion. By Donna Davenport . Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Bowler have returned home after a most enjoyable vacation in Oregon and Washington State where they did some Salmon fishing on the Columbia River. Traveling with them was their folks, Mr. and Mrs. Quinton Bowler and Dennis of Escalante Valley. Mr. and Mrs. Delos Dalton, Marlene and Traycie traveled to Salt Lake City on Sunday of last week to take Mrs. Betty Lawrence where she boarded a plane for a trip to Illinois and a visit with her mother. Mr. and Mrs. Dee El Stapley, Jeff, Brent Darren and Michaef spent last week in Murray, visiting with Mrs. Stapley's1 mother, Mrs. Viola Nielsen. Mr. and Mrs. Hale Mellor and family of Granger spent the week here with their folks, Mr. and Mrs. Lyle Farrow and Myra. Mrs. Lucy Green is; in the Valley View Medical Center for treatment and is much, improved at this time. Mr. Jack Farrow of St. George spent one day last week visiting i here with his family members. Mr. and Mrs. Max Rees and sons Larry and Dana of Kaysville are spending the weekend here with Mrs. Rees' I father, Wilford Lawrence and brother Alma Lawrence and family. I Mr. and Mrs. Otto Dalley enjoyed a Sunday visit from a brother-in-law and sister Mr. and Mrs. Walter K. Granger of Cedar 1 City. ' Thursday visitors at the Jay Davenport home were Mjs. Mary Twitchell and son Lane of Murray and Mrs. Ada Carpenter of Cedar City. Mrs. Kay Edwards and children of Greenville arrived I here Friday for an overnight stay with the Arden Richard family and Mr. and Mrs. Harold Smith. Mrs. Delos Dalton is in Salt |
